Ingredients :
- 4 whole wheat bread
- 1/2 bowl leftover moong dal/yellow mung lentil
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped green chilly
- salt according to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon olive oil / butter
- Take leftover moong dal in a bowl
- Add onion, green chilly, salt, pepper and chaat masala in it
- Mash it with a spoon and mix it well.
- Make sure the consistency is thick and not watery
- Take 4 pieces of whole wheat bread
- Spread the batter on one side of bread
- And put another piece of bread on the top
- Take a non-stick tawa and some oil/butter and spread
- Put flame on medium and put bread on the tawa
- Let it cook until it's crispy and golden from one side
- Turn and cook from another side
- Cut it diagonally in 4 pieces in the shape of triangle
- Serve hot with Mint Chutney or ketchup
